The Mesa, Ariz.-based boil-in-a-bag seafood chain currently has 10 units in Arizona, with franchised expansion planned in Alabama, Florida, Texas and more. Units are typically 5,200 to 6,000 square feet, with seating for 180-250. The restaurants, which serve boiled seafood tossed in a butter sauce spiked with Cajun-Asian flavors, all have full bars.

Another restaurant dedicated to seafood will replace Blue Point Coastal Cuisine next month in the Gaslamp, which shuttered last fall after 23 years. Currently scheduled to open in mid-February on Fifth Avenue, Saltwater is the newest neighborhood offering from Vincenzo Lo Verso and Alessandro Minutella

Luckin Coffee’s (NASDAQ:LK) stock tumbled this past week amid concerns that the ongoing coronavirus outbreak in China would curb the coffee chain’s sales growth. The outbreak, which has killed over 80 people and infected 2,700 others across China as of this writing, has already resulted in the lockdown of nearly 20 Chinese cities.
