According to chairman Mohammad Amin Siyahmard, Sweet Water Kingdom in Iran is a family company which started by first rainbow trout aquaculture in 1996.

Right now they own 2 rainbow trout hatchery farms, 15 rainbow trout farms, 3 Vannamie shrimp farms and 50 % of 2 sturgeon farms which located in south and east south of Iran.

From 1996 they focus on farming, investing and researching on aquaculture to improve their quality.

Their products include salmon trout, red caviar, sturgeon, black caviar, Vannamie shrimp, and trout caviar.
